Full Membership is active, voting membership and shall be restricted to persons, firms or corporations who operate outdoor or indoor media displays in Canada (“Out-of-Home companies”) and such persons, firms, corporations or other entities whose acceptance for active membership may be approved by the Board of Directors as in the best interest of OMAC.
