Membership
There are three (3) classes of membership in OMAC/AMCA: Full Membership, General Membership and Associate Membership.

Full Membership and General Membership shall be restricted to persons, firms, partnerships or corporations who operate outdoor or indoor media displays in Canada ("Out-of-Hoome companies") whose acceptance for membership may be approved by the Board of Directors as in the best interest of OMAC/AMCA. Out-of-Home companies ma choose between Full Membership and General Membership.

Associate Membership shall be available to advertising agencies, advertisers, educational institutes, companies or businesses that manufacture, fabricate, or sell to the industry any equipment, material or service, companies or businesses that provide legal, financial or other professional services to the industry, corporations, societies, bureaus or companies located in any other country other than Canada and connected with or interested in the development of Out-of-Home advertising whose acceptance for membership may be approved by the Board of Directors as in the best interest of OMAC/AMCA. Out-of-Home companies, or entities with equity or ownership interests in Out-of-Home companies may not be Associate Members.


Full Membership

Out-of-Home companies who elect for Full Membership will be divided into one of two categories of Full Membership based on the member's annual Out of-Home advertising revenues ("Annual Advertising Revenues") for the fiscal year prior to the commencement of the Initial Term or Renewal Term, as applicable. Full Members with Annual Advertising Revenues of$40,000,000 and greater will be categorized as "Senior Full Members". Full Members with Annual Advertising Revenues of less than $40,000,000 will be categorized as "Junior Full Members".

Full Members, regardless of category, are entitled to all of the rights and privileges of membership including the right to attend and vote at all meetings of Members and the right to appoint a member of the Board of Directors.


General Members

Out-of-Home companies who elect for General Membership will be divided into one of two categories of General Membership based on the member's Annual Advertising Revenues. General Members with Annual Advertising Revenues of $20,000,000 and greater will be categorized as "Senior General Members". General Members with Annual Advertising Revenues of less than $20,000,000 will be categorized as "Junior General Members".

Senior General Members will be entitled to attend all meetings of members and to vote at all meetings of the members.

Junior General Members are entitled to attend all meeting of members, but are not entitled to vote at any meetings of members.


Associate Members

Associate Members are entitled to attend all meetings of members, but are not entitled to vote at any such meeting.
